Should, but it's pretty much made obsolete with Studio.

Studio did go a long way in making animator obselete but there are still times were animator is very useful, particularily when you are working with a large assembly and need output in a hurry.

Charles,

I'm hoping that Animator is better than Studio. I'm trying to animate a crankshaft, and I get the usual problem that it reverses at 180 deg. Will this help that problem?

Thanks, and thanks to all the amazing people who write this stuff.

No, it probably won't be any different. To make angle constraints work reliably in Studio, change the angle constraint solution from undirected to directed.

Thanks, Neil. I'll try that. I've heard that same advice countless times, but didn't know I wasn't doing it. I'll look.
Thanks,
Tom
