I am trying to run a Autodeslk Task Scheduler task to migrate some files. When this is running, there is a iPropWiz5 dialog that pops up and says "Error adding command to toolbar". I can pick OK, but it comes right back. I had to cancel the task. I am using the ipropwiz.dll dated 9/9/2010.

Looks like it didn't get completely cleaned up with that build. I've fixed it now (hopefully) and it will be in the next update. Thanks for reporting this.
