New to Iprop wiz 2009 running IV 2011- so far it looks good except - I have an old habbit I will rename an Inventor part(s) in Windows explorer knowing that Iprop wizard has the replace the part number trigger. When I open and select "replace part number" it failed i have tried resetting the check marks in set up. Still running trial version 32 bit xp.
Please reply. The only way I can fix it is go to the part Iproperties select project tab and finish the Part number change.

Neil,

For the record I'm seeing the same thing in 2011 with v5.

When we installed Inventor 2011 the installer automatically installed any addins we had running. The replace part number & old list set up works with Iprop wiz V2 on 32 bit system running xp. How does it go - 2 wiz'zs are better than one!

I fixed it I didn't include part number in the set up. For the replace part number to work you need to include it in the set up list
