This version of iPropWiz has been updated. For Inventor 2009 & 2010 please see http://www.ipropwiz.com. For earlier releases of Inventor this version is still valid, but is no longer being supported.

__________________________________________________________________________

I have recently updated iPropWiz to fix a couple of bugs and to add the Stock Number property that was added in R10.

I have not tested this on R10 but it works fine in R11. It should work in R10 (let me know if you try it and it works).

This version will crash if used in R9 or before. For R9 and before please use iPropWiz 2.0.6 located here:

viewtopic.php?t=124

If upgrading be sure to uncheck the first two boxes when installing otherwise you'll loose your settings.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have had 100s of people ask me about adding the Stock Number property. I figure that if each of these people were to donate $10 this should easily cover my time spent making these changes.

If you would like a registered copy of iPropWiz please send $35/seat or $350/site license to the URL below.

Follow this link to donate: http://tinyurl.com/ydt2o3

Indicate how many seats you'd like to purchase and the email address to which to send the application.

Update: I have had a lot of people ask for a trial version before buying. This is understandable. So I have created a trial version. When you run it each time in a file it asks you to enter a pseudo-random string of numbers. I figure this can show the functionality but be annoying enough that if you like it you'll purchase the application.

I just checked the stats and I saw that the new version of iPropWiz had been downloaded over 300 times.

I have to date received about 10 donations. Let me thank those of your who have donated. I do appreciate it. Shame on the rest of you.

So I have pulled the application. If you want it send me a PM or email and I'll discuss the price.

It's a shame it had to come to this. For the price of a couple cups of coffee I was offering an application that I have been told has saved people TONS of time. Too bad everyone is too cheap to donate.

Funny and also frustrating story behind my use of iproperty wizard. An over achieving co-worker thought found he could easily copy properties for all the parts from one to another and did so. So no in all our purchased parts, nearly 30k of the have 0PS1654-01 as the contents of the project folder. Needless to say they are also used in countless other projects. So I had everybody uninstall it. Now that we have vault in use it would stop this and if I do decide to use it Sean I will surely donate as I appreciate all that you and the authors of all the addins do. Unfortunately I don't use any addins at work Simply because others see them and want them and usually mess things up trying to do so. Frustrating. No mater what you do you could never anticipate the scale at which people can mess things up.

Sure this was iPropWiz? It doesn't have this ability. It only works on one file at a time.

LOL, sorry Sean he blamed it on iPropWiz and I never really checked it out if you say it cant do this he probably did it some other way but said it was the add in. Since he had it installed I took him at his word.
