I upgraded all of our laptops and I have 4 1GB sticks of ram that came out of the laptops.

1GB 2Rx16 PC2 DDR2 5300

This will fit in Dell M4400/4300 series as well as Dell M70 & M90 series laptops. Probably others as well. If you have questions let me know and I can check to see if it'll fit your laptop.

I also have 2 1GB sticks of

PC3-8500S that fit Dell M6400s (maybe others as well)

Make me an offer.

No sob story here. I just have an extra M6400 that I use for testing various things. I pillaged it for the RAM to put into my personal M6400 so it has some sad and lonely slots of RAM that could use a little memory love. :-)

If you can't find a way to get rid of them, let me know. I might be able to swing by you the next time I'm in Tampa to pick them up.
