I've been a fan of these lectures for a while now (thanks to a good friend and old colleague)...and I've even gone so far as to let my son's listen to these...especially the ones titled "What Do You Care What Other People Think" and "Surely Your Joking Mr. Feynman!"...I want my children at a young age listen to these...why? because Feynman speaks of his Father and 1st Wife on how key they were in his life values and ways of learning...this is something I want to instill in my children...asking lots of questions about everything...essentially making them think more about everything...more so than others...as most people blow off what they can't comprehend...however if you learn to push-on and ignite a drive and begin to understand, it will eventually establish a foundation of great learning habits beyond what today's schools offer.

I love the uncanny realism he explains about his life's trials and tribulations growing up a physicist...

These books are great for both Parent and Child...
