I recently moved and I would like to update the address on my titleblock on all my idw's.
I know I can use the "drawing resource transfer wizard" to do this on files checked out from vault - is there any way to do it within vault? Or some way to automatically check out, update, and check back in? Or am I better just updating them as needed?

Just a question, not really helpful. But, do you plan on revising (bump revision) on each drawing you update the title block on?

With that, consider making fields in your title block iProperties. Next time you move, you can use Vault to batch update the address.

I would not update revisions on existing drawings - I do a lot of similar but different designs - so I use vault copy design when building a new machine - including copying idw's. Given the lack of a more elegant solution, I can just check out all the idw's, run resource transfer wizard and check them back in.
