Hi,
I have part list which doesn't fit to one sheet? What are your best practices?
Till now I put part list in one sheet make invisible rows which doesn't fit to the sheet, than insert new sheet insert part list once more and make invisible rows which are visible in first sheet.

Typical method is to create your parts list, use the filter within the parts list to display the rows you want to show by filter the Item numbers (say 1-20). Beats having to select and hide all the lines you don't want to display over and over.

Create a second parts list and filter the items again, this time selecting where you left off (say 21-highest number: I like to go beyond like 99 that way I get any new parts added later without having to modify the filter). Remember to sort your part list by Item number when needed.

You can also copy the first part list to create a second one, then modify the filter settings in each part list to give you what you want.
