Can we copy library file *.idcl from another machine. I have try but still failed.
Can some one give me explanation how to solve my problem.

What exactly are you trying to do?
Is the library in the Vault or just localy on a machine?

If it's local, the you can just copy the .idcl to another machine and direct the projectfile towards that location.
If it's in the Vault, then you can use the Library transfer guide to get it local.

This library form local machine.
I have copy library direct to default library folder. And you can see library file in red box. This file isn't appear at library dialog box.

This might work:

Go to Aplication options > Content Center and change the Location of Libraries.

Should do the trick :)
