We should make rules about the voting, but I guess I'm not the one who determine those.
Got some ideas though....

Been away for a while and see it got a bit messy, with wishes in the discussion topic etc.
I've not been able to check 2012, so I can't remove the wishes that came true in 2012.
If anyone knows, I'll gladly remove the from the list.

I went through the list and find the following:
    13: Dynamic Sectioning is in 2012 116 is a duplicate of 13
    87: You can supress the first item in a Pattern
    131: You can import STL (and Rhino)

No 2013 list, so continuing...
1. Better selection of profiles for extrusion - one area of a sketch should be selected for more than 1 pixel of mouse movement!!
2. Allow constraints on dimensions, e.g. if I place a horizontal dimension of 30mm, I want to constrain its centre to the origin so it's symmetrical about the origin.
