Be able to accurately, and in compliance with ASME Y14.5, use foreshortened radii on drawings. This means being able to bring the center of a large radius closer to the view, with radius line and dimensions adjusting to the new location with appropriate breaks and jogs. Ref. ASME Y14.5M-1994, paragraph 1.8.2.2 (I think).
