I felt the same way Kristina, I didn't want to waste their time. I wanted to do this but I'm so busy that there is no way that I would be able to take a weeke off. I was suppose to take two weeks of holidays this summer and I couldn't do that either. Hopefully I will be able to do the next one, if my work load lets up a bit. Thanks for the great contests Sean.

I'm in the same boat as Kristina, I would have entered, but would have been a very rookie attempt (did not want to embarass myself). I never thought there would only be 4 entries tho or I would have tried anyway.

Sean, any chance you could update on how many people had entered at regular intervals during the range of the contest? That might get some more folks to jump in. Maybe a separate group (or extra points) for 1st time attempts? Tho that depends on the honesty of the entrants.

The prizes are great. Don't give up on the group & keep the contests coming.

I really liked that the winner responded with a tip on how to get good decals in the rendering.

And make the next contest a bit more cad neutral....maybe get some Solidworks, Solidedge, and Pro/E users to enter.

That's a good idea. Of course with this one since the prize was supplied by ADSK it had to be ADSK oriented.

Yeah...that makes it harder. Spread it across various cad platforms and you lose the venders free prizes for the contest. Unless the venders are willing to work togther...yeah right  . Not sure how many Solidworks users would go to Autodesk's conference and vice versa.
