Aside from the UGS ran groups @ bbsnotes.ugs.com (you need a webkey account to access), the one external and publicly open group that seems to be frequented is @ www.eng-tips.com

Can't see no SE at eng-tips.

There are some local groups but they don't run in English.

It is under General Engineering Programs and is listed as "UGS: Solid Edge"
