Eng-tips does not have attachments, they suggest other alternatives but it is easier for me to post here.

I have not been able to get onto the SolidWorks forum for a couple of months now. They reset my password and still won't allow access, says something to the effect user unknown. Tried to create a new profile and it says user already exists. :bang:
