I'm looking for a better program to manage my many internet usernames and passwords. I've been using Lotus Organizer ( 10 years old ) for this - but its about the only thing I now use it for - I assume there has to be a better program / system.

Google search has Roboform as highly recommended - just looking for some "real life" reviews / opinions.

Ideally, I'd like to be able to "synchronize" several computers ( currently I have to copy the file between computers . . .) so I have access to the same data from my laptop, work station, home computers, etc.

I could always pay $20 for the "Internet Password Organizer" - ( a special spiral planner-type notebook :loco: ) thats also high on google search! ( NOT! )

I use http://www.memengo.com/

It has an iPhone app that syncs w/ my phone so I can recall stuff like my kids SS#s while on the go.

It does not have a feature to auto fill in passwords but I personally do not want that in a program.

I use Brian's memory program. Honestly don't know how I do it because my memory is usually not that good. I have about 20 different passwords that I use across the spectrum.

Looked at Memengo - they do not have a Droid app - doesn't look like they are planning one anytime soon.
Tried to access the site via the browser on my phone - I could not get the folders to open to get to my "cards" . . .
They also do not support any form of import / export - don't know how well other apps work for this either. . .

Found good "reviews" for keepass - has android app and desktop - I would have to manually sync the data folder though - I can probably live with that for now.

It took me a while to remember the name but it finally came to me. There is a password manager called LastPass. I don't use it, but it has been recommended by Leo Laporte on the TWIT network of podcasts. Leo's picks are a good bet.

It is multiplatform and I believe it will sync between your computers and devices.

Can anyone provide me the software that manages the password of Files and folders ?. As i download the software to protect the folders from net but in it there is problem that it creates the new folder with password and keep the original one. I want to apply the password on the original one. As i have so many files and folders with and i want to protect them all and its impossible for me to remember all of the password. And is there any software so that i can handle this all ?.Please provide me the best suggestion.
