anyone??????? I need help in design a coil of wire like the ones in electric motor not a stupid spring coil!

You don't need to model the coiled wires, simply add a mass of copper or whatever in the space you would have the coil reside. Reduce the mass a certain percentage to allow for the fact that the wire coils will have spaces between them. I do this regularly for Voice Coil Motors.

Issues: Temperature environment of the copper coils - efficiency reduces with heat. Magnetic properties also decline in high heat if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks. Do you how can I calculate the efficiency lost?
